ERIN LINDBERGH, Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), has taught yoga for ten years, and studied with diverse yoga masters, including Rodney Yee, Richard Rosen and Angela Farmer. Grounded in the Iyengar tradition, Erin emphasizes safe, anatomical alignment and postural sequencing that addresses individual concerns. She encourages gentle, organic exploration of postures, and uses breath and descriptive metaphor as navigational tools for transformation. Students are guided toward a truer perspective of their emotional anatomy through the physical practice of yoga, which ultimately inspires them to re-embody their connection with the natural world.
